BlackbirdExpo

Show-floor operations

Run every show floor from one console.

The floor plan, the gear list, and the crew — finally in the same place. Blackbird Expo turns the paperwork of an expo build into a live app: every booth on every crew phone, every piece of gear tracked from truck to strike, and a new show set up in an afternoon, not a week.

How it works

From paperwork to a live floor

The floor plan, imported — not redrawn

Paste the link to the show’s published floor plan and the system reads it: every booth, every exhibitor name, the hall drawing itself. A 580-exhibitor floor imports with every booth accounted for.

Pull sheets become live checklists

Upload the pull-sheet PDF you already get and it becomes a structured gear list — rooms, sets, every item — that the crew checks off on the floor instead of on a clipboard.

Every crew phone knows the floor

Crew sign in on their phones and see the map, their booths, and what goes where. Status updates, notes, and photos flow back live, so the office always knows where the build stands.

Changes reviewed before they land

When the show updates its plan mid-build, you see exactly what was added, changed, or removed — and what crew work it would touch — before you publish it to the floor.

A new show in an afternoon

Every show gets its own web address and its own crew logins, provisioned from the console. The same platform serves show after show — set up the next one without rebuilding anything.

Locked down by default

Each show is walled off with its own credentials. Passwords are never stored readable, access is per-show, and the whole platform was built for events where the audience includes professional hackers.

Track record

Proven on a real show floor

The crew app at the heart of Blackbird Expo ran a major security conference’s equipment operation: 580 exhibitors, 155 rooms, and 783 tracked gear items — imported, mapped, and worked live by the floor crew. The console that sets up new shows in an afternoon is the productized version of that build.

It’s aimed at production companies that handle expo equipment and show organizers who want their floor operation visible in real time. Early-access partners get their next show set up with us in the room.
